Employment Opportunities at The Turning Point

Server / Hostess / Barista – The applicant should be friendly and willing to hustle to take care of any of the customers’ needs. Employees have set schedules and are required to fill any missed shifts. Server compensation is based on prevailing industry average wage.  Performance reviews and pay increases are given to front of house employees on a annual basis.


Line Cook / Prep Cook / Dishwasher – The applicant should be willing to work in a fast paced environment with the primary focus being on quality and presentation of all food prepared. Employees have set schedules and are guaranteed a full workweek. Compensation is based on past experience and reference checks.


Management Team: GM / AM / Kitchen Manager – The Turning Point is actively looking for new locations and “partners” that will help build our exciting new concept. All positions at the management level are compensated with profit sharing opportunities. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the food service industry and be willing to not work in the evenings.
